Das Mount ist ein Drop von einem gleichnamigen seltenen Mob bei Runs durch Verstörende Visionen, dem Mail Muncher. Dieser seltene Mob kann mit etwas Glück aus zufällig verteilten kaputten Briefkästen in „Verstörende Vision von Orgrimmar“ oder „Verstörende Vision von Sturmwind“ erscheinen. Die genaue Droprate ist offiziell nicht bestätigt, laut Spielerberichten ist sie aber recht niedrig und liegt zwischen 1 % und 5 %. Manche Spieler haben Hunderte Briefkästen geöffnet, ohne den Mail Muncher zu finden.
