Lair Keys Explained

Choose the key by boss group, not by Torment number. Torment changes encounter difficulty and rewards; the boss group determines which key opens your personal Hoard.

Not for Mephisto: his Hoard uses a different material that is not part of this product.

Before you order

Lair Bosses are available from Torment I.
The key is used for the Hoard after the fight, not to start the fight.
Every player needs their own matching key to claim their personal Hoard.
Urivar and Harbinger of Hatred require Vessel of Hatred.

What are Lair Keys in Diablo 4?

Lair Keys open your personal Hoard after a matching Lair Boss encounter. The keys do not include the boss fight.

Which Lair Key tier should I buy?

Choose Lair Keys for Varshan, Grigoire, Lord Zir, Beast in the Ice or Urivar; Greater Lair Keys for Duriel, Andariel, Harbinger of Hatred or the Butcher; and Superior Lair Keys for Belial or the seasonal Corrupted Reaper.

Do Torment levels change the key tier?

No. The boss group determines the key type. Torment changes encounter difficulty and rewards, while the Hoard still asks for the key assigned to that boss group.

Which realm and game mode are supported?

The selectors above show current availability. A disabled realm or game mode cannot currently be fulfilled.

How are the keys delivered?

The selected keys are delivered manually through the Diablo IV in-game trade screen after our team confirms the order and meeting details.

Does the order include boss kills?

No. This product contains the selected keys only. Boss carries or kills are separate services.
