Boss tactics and loot in the free guideFAQ
You are booking one organized full clear covering standard encounters along an agreed route. Blackrock Depths is the underground Dark Iron capital, with prisons, workshops, an arena, a tavern and royal chambers. Its sprawling city layout makes agreeing the route an important part of planning your run.
The recommended range is 52–60, intended to help you choose a suitable dungeon rather than set a booking minimum. You need access to the content when your run happens. For a beta run, your own beta access is also required.
Blackrock Depths currently offers a relaxed Classic Run, with Blitz disabled. Four boosters near your level form a full group with your character, so random players are not needed. One booster tanks and leads the way through the agreed route.
Only Selfplay requires you to control your character and actively join the fights. You can instead select Piloted, where a booster plays your character, or Remote Play with separately agreed remote arrangements and a 25% surcharge. Each method is available for the Classic Run.
The clear covers standard encounters on the agreed route. Ring of Law bosses are alternative encounters, while rare bosses are included when present. Events depend on their triggers and the route. The published list uses Classic as a reference, with Forever details shaping the final encounter plan.
Eligible drops of your character's armor type are covered within the booked run's scope. The items you receive depend on what drops during the clear. Loot opportunities from rare or event encounters also depend on those encounters being available and included along the agreed route.
Plan for approximately 120–180 minutes of in-dungeon play for the full clear. The route and group progression influence the actual duration. This is a pre-order fulfilled once the content is available, with your appointment coordinated separately through the automatically created online-chat ticket.
