You are booking one organized full clear of western Eldre'Thalas, the wing centered on Immol'thar's prison, its pylons and Prince Tortheldrin. The clear covers standard encounters along the agreed route in this wing, with rare encounters added when they appear on that route.
You can use the recommended 56–60 range to assess whether the wing fits your progression, rather than treating level 60 as a booking requirement. What matters for fulfillment is having access to the relevant content when your run takes place.
Classic Run is the available style, with relaxed progression alongside boosters near your character's level. One booster tanks and leads along the agreed route. Blitz is currently unavailable, while all three participation methods remain available for Classic.
Yes. Choose Piloted and a booster controls your character during the clear. Selfplay lets you control your own character instead. You can also select Remote Play, which uses separately agreed remote arrangements and carries a 25% surcharge.
Tsu'zee is included when present along the agreed route. The Classic reference distinguishes five standard encounters from this rare encounter, so it is useful to plan the clear around the standard route. The team also accounts for any encounter changes in Forever.
The loot scope covers eligible drops of your character's armor type from the run. The items you receive depend on what drops during the encounters completed along your route. A rare encounter can add another loot opportunity when it appears.
Allow about 40–60 minutes inside the dungeon as a planning estimate, with the route and group pace affecting the actual duration. This service is a pre-order. Once the content is available, you arrange your run's appointment with the team through your online-chat ticket.
