Battlefield 2042: The Progress system explained
How can you get to the top in Battlefield 2042 The basic system has not changed much. Anyone who played any of the previous games in the series will be familiar with the system. For every action you perform in the game, you earn experience points (XP). These can be used to kill, assist, heal, conquests, and many other actions. EA and DICE intentionally focus on objectives and team play for Battlefield 2042.
This means you will get more XP in Battlefield 2042 if your objectives are captured or destroyed, and if you help your team. Bonus XP is awarded for interaction with your squad. So far, five of these ribbons have been announced to Battlefield 2042.

The ribbons are capable of doing more than ever: Battlefield 2042's system has seen a significant improvement in comparison to its predecessors. There are 3 levels to each ribbon. You can make more progress in each match for a ribbon if you reach the top tier. You get more Xp the higher your match level. What is the maximum level for Battlefield 2042?
The Battlefield 2042 launch will have a maximum level of 99. You're not done there yet. The so-called S levels are available starting at level 99. S-Level 101 is the starting point. You can progress to S-Level 99.

How can you unlock rewards?
As you progress in your leveling, you will automatically unlock new rewards. You can unlock weapons, gadgets and cosmetics up to level 99. S-Levels do not offer any other rewards. This will only let you show what "Battlefield 2042” veteran you really are. Then, you can level up your vehicles and weapons separately.
How are weapons and vehicles positioned?
This system isn't new. You can unlock a weapon in Battlefield 2042. You can then unlock cosmetics or attachments through the so-called weapons champion. A new visor will be given to you if you kill certain enemies using the M5A3 assault rifle. Cosmetics will be given to the gun for reaching certain milestones, such as 40 kills using a weapon. This is true for Battlefield 2042 vehicles as well. You can unlock additional equipment if you use a vehicle for certain tasks, such as capturing a flag. This is yet another sign that DICE/EA are focusing on team play and objectives in Battlefield 2042 and not just kills.
Battlefield 2042: What would be the point of bragging about your achievements?
This is how you display your progress in multiplayer shooters such as Battlefield 2042. The Player Card is available in Battlefield 2042. These can be customized to display your achievements in Battlefield 2042. You will see your level, an icon, a title, the type of player card (background image), and three badges. For example, badges can be earned for mastering weapons and vehicles. Each of your Battlefield 2042 victims will receive a Player Card. If you bite into the virtual grass, you will also see your nemesis's player card. You can still see your opponent's player card in Battlefield 2042, even after the matches.
Does cross-progression exist?

What does the Cosmetics look like? There was some concern that the cosmetics for Battlefield 2042 would be too extravagant and too bizarre. Many fans were concerned that EA and DICE might follow the same path as Activision with Call of Duty. This is not true. For example, skins at the highest level of championship (tier 1) are always in red-black to make it easy for everyone to recognize their achievement.
Your championship unlocks cosmetics that you can use to customize your weapons, vehicles, and specialists. DICE uses a color scheme to determine the rarity of skins in Battlefield 2042. This system is similar to many other games. Gray is uncommon, blue is rare and purple is epic, while gold is legendary. Battlefield 2042 allows you to not only earn cosmetics but also purchase them. Specialist skins can be mixed. This means that there are skins to wear as headgear, and skins to use for clothing. Legendary skins are a complete outfit that can't be mixed.
