Outpost Rush presents an instanced PvPvE mode in New World, accommodating 20v20 clashes where coordination and strategy are paramount. Players engage in capturing objectives, defeating foes, gathering resources, and fortifying outposts. Participation requires reaching level 60 in the game.

To initiate an Outpost Rush, players need to attain level 60 and access the game mode through the ESC menu or designated NPCs in settlements or outposts. Queuing solo or in groups of up to 5 players is possible, with a minimum requirement of 32 players to start the match. Upon initiation, players are transported to the battleground on the island of Nauthynos.

Outpost Rush Gameplay and Rewards

Teams spawn at respective fortresses, with outposts scattered between them, namely Luna, Sol, and Astra. Capturing outposts and eliminating enemy players contribute to earning points. Each outpost held yields points every 3 seconds, while player eliminations grant additional points. Resource drops occur upon player death, which can be claimed by the opposing team.

Upon completion of an Outpost Rush match, players receive an Outpost Rush reward cache containing various items such as armor, weapons, and jewelry. Regardless of match outcome, players earn coin and Azoth, with greater rewards awarded to the winning team. Additional rewards include Ruby Gypsum, faction tokens, reputation, and PvP reward track progression.
