Gems in Diablo 4

Gems are socketable items in Diablo 4. You place them in the sockets of your weapons, armor and jewelry, and the bonus depends on the gem type and the slot. A higher gem quality gives a bigger bonus.

How the top qualities are made

Grand Gems are crafted at the Jeweler. Horadric and Flawless Horadric Gems are made only in the Horadric Cube: 5 Grand Gems of one type make 1 Horadric Gem, and 5 Horadric Gems make 1 Flawless Horadric Gem. One Flawless Horadric Gem therefore takes 25 Grand Gems.

How long does it take to get my Gems?

The buy box shows the current average start time. We agree the completion time with you when we confirm the order, and Express Priority completes it faster.

Can I choose when the handover happens?

Yes. We agree the meeting time in the game with you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as work on it has not started. After that, our support team reviews the completed part and updates the order terms.
