The World of Warcraft community owes a great deal of gratitude to Reddit user Ranlom874 for providing them with an incredibly precise and comprehensive spawn schedule of the rare creatures found on the Dragon Isles. This Reddit user devoted a significant amount of time and effort into researching and analyzing the reincarnation cycle of these creatures, and as a result, was able to come up with an accurate spawn schedule.

The arrival of patch 10.0.5 has brought with it a multitude of changes and updates, one of which being the spawn time of these rare creatures. Previously, they would appear in random pairs every two hours, but now, the interval has been reduced to a much more frequent 30 minutes. With 28 creatures in total, the complete cycle can take up to 14 hours to finish. While it is possible to keep track of their spawn time with an add-on such as WeakAura, Ranlom874 has made it easier for players by creating a spreadsheet of the spawn times for the EU servers.

For those in the US, there is no need to worry. Another Reddit user, sagot3n, has created a separate spreadsheet specifically for the US servers.
