About Spawn of Horridon Mount

Spawn of Horridon is an extremely rare ground mount in World of Warcraft that drops from Horridon, the second boss in the Throne of Thunder raid. This majestic dinosaur mount has a notoriously low drop rate, making it one of the most sought-after collectibles in the game.

How to get Spawn of Horridon in WoW?

The mount drops from Horridon in the Throne of Thunder raid (Mists of Pandaria). You only need to defeat the first two bosses: Jin'rokh the Breaker and Horridon. It is available on both Normal and Heroic difficulties - the drop chance is not affected by difficulty or raid size. Bonus rolls do NOT work for this mount drop. The estimated drop rate is an extremely low 1-2%.

Where is Throne of Thunder located?

The raid is located on the Isle of Thunder at coordinates 65.54, 30.00 (north-west part of the island). The access portal is in Townlong Steppes near the Shado-Pan Garrison. First-time visitors may need to complete the "The Storm Gathers" introductory quest.
