To summon the Uber boss, you need to farm Tier 30+ Nightmare Dungeons. After completing them, you will have chance to receive Distilled Fear. After accumulating enough of this resource, go to the Occultist and craft the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil, which will allow you to summon the boss in his special zone.

Tips for Defeating The Beast in the Ice:

• Maximize your Cold resistance.
