Umbra Initiative is a new Division 2 Warlords of New York Gear Set which arrived with Title Update 16. The gear set pieces are obtained as a reward from The Summit or Countdown as a targeted loot or from any activity in game, particularly from where targeted gear set items are dropping. With its special talents, this set is tailored for the builds focuses on cover based activated talents.

Gear set bonuses

  • Set Bonus (2/6): +15% Critical Chance.
  • Set Bonus (3/6): +30% Reload Speed.
  • Set Bonus (4/6): From the Shadows. While in cover, gain 10 Stacks per second up to 50. Each stack will give 1% Critical damage increase and 0.3% RPM. Buff does not apply while shooting from cover. While out of cover you lose 2 stacks per second at normal speed and 1 stack per second if sprinting. While out of cover and in combat, gain 10 Stacks per second up to 50. Each stack will give 0.8% Armor regen when it is consumed. Stacks consume, 10 stacks per second, only in cover.
  • Set Bonus (4/6): Into the Light. While out of cover and in combat, gain 10 Stacks per second up to 50. Each stack will give 0.8% Armor regen when it is consumed. Stacks consume, 10 stacks per second, only in cover.
  • Body Armor Talent: From the Shadows. Increase max stacks for From the Shadows from 50 to 100 and stack gain from 10 to 20.
  • Backpack Talent: Into the Light. Increase max stacks for Into the Light from 50 to 100 and stack gain from 10 to 20 and stack consumption from 10 to 20.
