Activision describes the Gorenko as a heavy semi-automatic rifle sniper rifle capable of killing any enemy in Multiplayer.
Activision warns against following-up shots due to the Gorenko's size and firepower.
It's powerful enough to kill with one body shot, especially when you use the Vital Proficiency. It is a formidable weapon for accurate snipers, as well as those who love to mount up and use accuracy to your advantage.
