- Dungeon trash in Blackrock Depths and Lower Blackrock Spire drops it at 40 to 50 percent.
- Furbolgs in Winterspring and Felwood are another steady source.
What it is used for: Runecloth Bags, Bolt of Runecloth, Heavy Runecloth Bandages, Engineering explosives, Runic Leather gear and cloth turn-ins.
