Overview
Inside City of Dalaran
Before Dalaran takes to the skies, magical disturbances threaten the city within its walls. Backfiring enchantments and unstable arcane constructs are part of that trouble. Rather than keeping the city running, its own magic has become a danger, putting familiar symbols of Dalaran's power at the center of the crisis.
Demonic energy and forbidden experiments complicate the Kirin Tor's efforts to restore the city. The trouble reaches beyond malfunctioning constructs, mixing arcane instability with darker magical threats. That combination defines the dungeon's setting: a city whose defenders must contend with the very forces that have long defined their home.
Level 28–33 is the range the dungeon is tuned for, not a minimum entry level. Blizzard announced this range for Forever.
