In the Cathedral the kill that counts is Scarlet Commander Mograine, not High Inquisitor Whitemane. In Dire Maul West it is Immol'thar, not Prince Tortheldrin.
The Stockade is in none of the three lists, although it is a Forever dungeon. It is the only one of the 35 dungeons that is missing.
Finish the long questline that ends with Lord Valthalak laid to rest.
In Classic this is a 29-step questline at level 60. It starts with Deliana in Ironforge or Mokvar in Orgrimmar, runs through Gadgetzan, Stratholme, the Eastern Plaguelands and Dire Maul to Blackrock Mountain and needs Lord Valthalak in Upper Blackrock Spire. At the end it upgrades the helm and chest of your Dungeon Set 1.

The quests are in the Forever database. Whether Blizzard changes any step shows at level 60, then every step follows here.
