Overview
Inside Hall of Thanes
An ancient burial chamber for dwarven thanes gives the dungeon its setting. Dark Iron intruders have disrupted the ancestral vault, and tomb robbers now share the halls with magma and restless royalty. Dwarven history is central to the setting, with the dead themselves caught up in the disturbance.
Allow about 25 to 35 minutes for a full clear, with four bosses on the roster. That makes this a short run to fit into an early leveling session. Set aside the full window before starting so the group can finish together rather than stop partway through.
Getting there
Head to Ironforge in the Eastern Kingdoms. Hall of Thanes lies deep beneath the city.
Show on the mapLevel 13–18 is the range the dungeon is tuned for, not a minimum entry level. Blizzard announced this range for Forever.
