Overview
Inside The Drowned City
Ancient troll ruins have risen from the sea along a contested coast. The water has not fully retreated, leaving streets and temples half-submerged. That mix of exposed ruins and flooded city gives the dungeon its setting.
Trolls, naga and survivors from a wrecked pirate ship are fighting over the city. Control of the ruins is only part of the struggle, since something else has surfaced alongside them from the depths.
Level 35–40 is the range the dungeon is tuned for, not a minimum entry level. Blizzard announced this range for Forever.

- Use streets and temples as landmarks when telling the group where to regroup.
- Call out enemy types clearly so everyone knows which pack you mean.
- Choose one route caller to keep the group from splitting up through the ruins.
