How library books work

Rewards at 10, 20 and 25 books

Each reward is one more quest at the same librarian, and you pick one item from it. No reward is locked to a class.

The book counts 10, 20 and 25 come from the beta, the quest pages do not show them. Players first expected 30 books for the last reward and missed it below level 35.

Where to hand in the books

One librarian per faction takes every book and gives the three reward quests.

Older lists give 37.6 80.8 for Garion Wendell. That is the Classic map of Stormwind. Forever cuts the city map differently, so /way 49.0 86.4 is the one to type.

For the eight level 60 books the quest data names Jennea Cannon and Oran Snakewrithe as giver and ender, not the librarians. Both stand close to them in the same quarter. It may be a leftover of the Classic data, we check it after launch on November 4.

Tick a book once you have handed it in. The ticks stay in your browser and in the address, so you can bookmark the page or send someone the list of what is left. Map opens the spot on the World Map.

The last reward takes 25 books from many zones. If you would rather not travel for all of them yourself, a WoW Forever hourly boost puts a booster on your character to collect them.

Ten easy books for each faction

Your first reward needs 10 books. These ten sit in friendly or neutral zones up to about level 25, with no elite crypt and no enemy town on the way. Most of them lie on the leveling route anyway.
